Description
Our cheese gift box is loaded with cheese from our store as well as other local products. We like to support local as much as possible. The meat, honey, and jelly are all sourced locally. Give friends and family a taste of the Finger Lakes region!
Each box includes:
- 1 bag of cheese curds
- 2 bars of cheese
- 1 stick of Battistoni sausage
- 1 Hip Artisan Jam
- 1 jar of honey for Happy Bee Honey
- a box of crackers
We make all of our cheese on our farm. The milk goes straight from the cows to cheese vat and becomes delicious artisan cheese. It doesn’t get any fresher than that.
We make curds fresh every week and our aged cheeses range from a few months old to our extra sharp at 18 months.
We try to fill our cheese gift box with as many local ingredients as we can. Supporting our local economy is important to us.
Battistoni is a meat company located in Buffalo Ny. We offer their meats in our boxes to pair with our cheese.
Hip Artisan Jam is also a local company. They have a lot of fun unique flavors in their jams and jellies. They pair well with our cheeses, especially the aged ones.
Happy Bee Honey is a small local company just down the road from us so we were pleased to be able to include their honey.
