Smoked Cheddar Waffles
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup + 2 Tbsp. milk
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 cup flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1/4 cup chopped green onion
- 1/2 cup Shtayburne Farm Smoked Cheddar Cheese, shredded
Instructions:
- Whisk eggs in a mixing bowl.
- Whisk in milk, melted butter, and salt.
- Add the flour and baking powder. Stir until combined.
- Stir in green onion and cheese. Let sit for about 10 minutes.
- Grease and pre-heat your waffle maker.
- Bake waffles in waffle maker until golden brown.
