1/2 Gallon Whole Milk. Please note that our milk is for available as local pick up only. We cannot ship milk.
We gently pasteurized our milk at low heat for your safety. It is pasteurized at the lowest temperature possible to preserve as many nutrients as we can. We want your milk to nourish you.
Our milk is not homogenized. Homogenization is a practice that is used to make sure the cream does not separate from the milk. It alters the chemistry of the milk and makes it more difficult for your body to digest properly. More on that here. Our milk is not homogenized so the cream will rise to the top. You can either separate the cream off and use it or you can just give your jug a good shake and mix it back in.

We fill milk orders each week. Place your order for 1/2 Gallon Whole Milk every week for pick up Tuesday afternoon. We want you to experience your milk as fresh as possible. When you place an order we can bottle your milk right before you pick it up and you get to enjoy it straight from the cow.
